In-house & On-site Strain Gage Installation
Since its beginning, Bcomtesting has installed and used strain gages internally for its testing.
In 2010, we began offering our expertise to outside customers in the installation of strain gages and data collection. Today, Bcomtesting provides in-house or on-site installations when conditions warrant. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to gather strain data both hardwired or wirelessly.
Our Micro-Measurements (Division of Vishay Precision Group) StrainSmart 7000 equipment and data collection systems allow us to monitor, amplify and condition strain gage signals used for strain determination, temperature or pressure readings.
We also interface with our testing frames when testing or calibration is required. We are proud to use Micro-Measurements products to achieve our customers' goals.

Quarter, Half and Full Bridges Setups
Some tests require simple strain gaging in only one axis (tensile elongation) while other cases are more complex, requiring the evaluation of additional directions (torque, bending moment, Poisson’s Ratio, etc.).

Bcomtesting maintains more than 5000 strain gages in inventory with a variety of temperature compensations, resistances and service temperatures, providing the best turnaround times possible.
With the wide range of gages and resistances we keep in stock, we are able to complete many challenging projects where other installers have failed to accomplished the desired outcome or simply wouldn’t take on the task.
When our customers have specific requirement for high, low or ambient temperature applications, we have the expertise to get the job done.

We also offer also strain gages and data collection using wireless technology. Any rotating or moving devices or equipment requiring wireless instrumentation in order to capture data in service.
